BOROUGH OF CLYMER RECORD REQUEST PROCEDURE
To obtain a copy of a Borough report, police report or other records that may be available from the Borough of Clymer administrative office or police department, a Records Request Form must be submitted. Record requests must be submitted in writing and may be delivered in person, mailed, faxed or e-mailed. Telephone requests for records will not be honored. Record requests may be submitted at anytime, however records will only be available for pick-up during normal business hours (12:30 PM-4:30 PM MWTh) at the Borough office. Record pick-up outside those hours may be accommodated with special arrangements. FEES: Accident Reports and Incident Reports: $15.00 Criminal History Reports: $10.00 Photographs: Reproduction Film: Cost Reproduction Digital: Cost All other Borough Records: $.25 per copy Chief Joseph Douglas Police Dept.
