The Clymer Days Committee has recently begun organizing its 12^th Annual Clymer Days Festival planned for September 21-23, 2007. This festival is a free event and includes a car cruise, children’s activities, and live entertainment all weekend. In the past entertainment has included oldies, country, rock, and polka bands. In addition to these activities, the festival also includes fire company demonstrations and a fire works display.

The Committee’s objective, through this letter, is to seek sponsorship for the many activities we have planned for this year. WE hope that you would consider sponsoring and contributing to Clymer’s festival. This year there will be a sponsorship board displayed throughout the weekend to recognize our sponsors. We are going to use a platinum, gold silver, and bronze sponsorship system. $150-$299 will be gold, $149-$50 will be silver, $50 or less will be bronze. These classifications will determine where your name will appear on the sponsorship board.

We plan to have one sponsorship board with each of the four different classifications. Depending on your donation you will be located in one of the four quadrants. The sponsorship board and plaques will be made out of wood and will be reusable. Each year you will be able to once again donate to the festival. The plaques will be moveable and can be adjusted from year to year for differing donations amounts.
